As family owners, we have tried to think of everything we could do to make sure that your break with us is as stress free as possible. We know what it’s like to try and pack everything you might need into the car only to find when you get there there is nothing to make that essential first brew. That’s why we provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar without extra cost.
Butlins insists that everyone must have a wristband even if you do not intend to use any of the Butlins facilities or entertainments. There are upto 2 adult and 2 child wristbands included in the price.
If you need extra they are:-
7 nights Adults (15 and over on arrival) £50 / Child (14 and under on arrival) £30
3 or 4 nights Adults (15 and over on arrival) £40 / Child (14 and under on arrival )£25
infants under 2 on arrival are Free
For Adult only music weekend breaks there are NO wristbands included. We don’t bundle wristbands into the price so you only pay for the amount you need. These are £49 each.
NO WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED DURING SPRING HARVEST. MONDAY MARCH 30th UNTIL FRIDAY APRIL 3rd
During this break there is NO Butlins redcoat Entertainment or shows. the pool, funfair, skypark, bowling, bars, restaurants are all open but may have different opening hours. For instance, over previous years the pool and funfair have had more late night sessions than usual.
There is also a £100 refundable security bond.

This has a gated full length decking area with patio furniture and a private, numbered tarmac parking space right outside.
In the Lounge area there is a Smart Tv connected to the free unlimited Wi-Fi.
A Games condole and a selection of games suitable for all ages, various DVD’s, books and board games.
On into the kitchen, as well as the items you would expect to find in the kitchen, we provide all the little things you will need, such as washing up liquid, hand towels and tea-towels, tea, coffee & sugar along with condiments. There is also a washing machine and fridge/freezer.
The 4 bedrooms include 1 double and 3 twin rooms (& there is a pull-out double bed hidden in the lounge). Each of the bedrooms has a Tv
The Shower room houses a toilet, hand wash basin and obviously, the shower. Again, we provide toilet rolls, hand soap and hand sanitiser. Additionally, there is a second toilet down the corridor.
A Highchair, Travel cot, bed guard and push chair can be provided on request. Again, no extra charge.
The only thing we do not provide is bath towels.

📜 HH2L Base Cancellation Policy (for all listings)
Booking Confirmation & Deposit
- Once a booking is confirmed, the guest must pay the HH2L booking deposit within 24 hours.
- If the deposit is not received, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.
- If the guest cancels, this deposit is non-refundable.
- If the host cancels, the deposit will be refunded in full, excluding the non-refundable service fee.
Guest Cancellations
- If a guest cancels, the upfront HH2L booking deposit will not be refunded.
- Any further payments made directly to the host should be returned to the guest, although the host may charge a reasonable administration fee.
- Guests should carefully review the host’s Additional Rules for full details of their cancellation policy.
Host Payment Deadlines
- Each host may set a balance due date (1–12 weeks before arrival, or on arrival).
- Guests are responsible for paying the host in line with this deadline.
- If the balance is not paid by the deadline, the host may cancel the booking under their own rules.
- Guests should refer to the host’s Additional Rules for details of payment schedules and late-payment consequences.
Host Cancellations
Any other payments made directly to the host are subject to the host’s Additional Rules.
If a host cancels, the guest will receive a refund of the HH2L booking deposit, excluding the service fee.
