Booking Confirmation & Deposit
- Once a booking is confirmed, the guest must pay the HH2L booking deposit within 24 hours.
- If the deposit is not received, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.
- If the guest cancels, this deposit is non-refundable.
- If the host cancels, the deposit will be refunded in full, excluding the non-refundable service fee.
Guest Cancellations
- If a guest cancels, the upfront HH2L booking deposit will not be refunded.
- Any further payments made directly to the host should be returned to the guest, although the host may charge a reasonable administration fee.
- Guests should carefully review the host’s Additional Rules for full details of their cancellation policy.
Host Payment Deadlines
- Each host may set a balance due date (1–12 weeks before arrival, or on arrival).
- Guests are responsible for paying the host in line with this deadline.
- If the balance is not paid by the deadline, the host may cancel the booking under their own rules.
- Guests should refer to the host’s Additional Rules for details of payment schedules and late-payment consequences.
Host Cancellations
Any other payments made directly to the host are subject to the host’s Additional Rules.

- Passes for the theme park and zoo are not included in your booking and must be purchased directly from Flamingo Land on arrival.
- Free public WiFi is available throughout the resort, provided by Flamingo Land.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, or 7 guests if one is aged 2 or under.
- Please treat the property with care and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay.
- Well-behaved pets are welcome in pet-friendly caravans but must not be left unattended.
- No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
