We’re not a big business and we are not in it to make a huge profit; all we ask is that you look after our little holiday home and have a brilliant time.
Our holiday home is like a home from home but near the seaside.
We have tried to make sure that you have all the comfort & mod cons you would normally have, from super-fast broadband to an automatic smart Washer. We provide you with a full inventory for your holiday home; all you will need to bring are the things you would like, maybe your child’s favourite blanky or soft toy. We take a small refundable deposit from you to cover any damages, should they happen and don’t worry, with our two little ones we know they do!! Our holiday home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a private parking space for one family-sized car.
All of the activities on-site, such as the Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna, Steam room and Hot tub, located in the main complex ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING PRICE 🙂 As well as all of the above, there is an outdoor play area for the children and a fully licenced bar and restaurant if you don’t fancy cooking; after all, you’re on holiday!
Family’s of all kinds welcome – LGBTQ+ friendly and fully inclusive, along with couples and friends – Sorry, we don’t let to stag and hen parties due to the nature of the park.
It’s a boutique park, for relaxing on, not a party weekend site. We bring our family cat & dog when we are holidaying, so small dogs and cats are welcome to stay with you; after all, they are one of the family; all we ask is that you make sure that they are house trained, are kept off beds and furniture & don’t make too much of a mess, we would not want it to affect your security deposit.
Our Holiday home is professionally cleaned after each stay (please remember to take your rubbish to the recycling point), and upon a full inspection and subject to the holiday home being left in the same condition as when you arrived, your deposit will be returned to you within 96 hours of departure.
Our current deposit is £75 We think that has covered most things, but before you book, feel free to message us, we always prefer to chat and make sure it’s right for you BEFORE you book, rather than give you the hard sell and you be disappointed.
We have brilliant neighbours on the park too & it feels like a real family holiday, that is one of the reasons we bought our holiday home here after all

📜 HH2L Base Cancellation Policy (for all listings)
Booking Confirmation & Deposit
- Once a booking is confirmed, the guest must pay the HH2L booking deposit within 24 hours.
- If the deposit is not received, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.
- If the guest cancels, this deposit is non-refundable.
- If the host cancels, the deposit will be refunded in full, excluding the non-refundable service fee.
Guest Cancellations
- If a guest cancels, the upfront HH2L booking deposit will not be refunded.
- Any further payments made directly to the host should be returned to the guest, although the host may charge a reasonable administration fee.
- Guests should carefully review the host’s Additional Rules for full details of their cancellation policy.
Host Payment Deadlines
- Each host may set a balance due date (1–12 weeks before arrival, or on arrival).
- Guests are responsible for paying the host in line with this deadline.
- If the balance is not paid by the deadline, the host may cancel the booking under their own rules.
- Guests should refer to the host’s Additional Rules for details of payment schedules and late-payment consequences.
Host Cancellations
Any other payments made directly to the host are subject to the host’s Additional Rules.
If a host cancels, the guest will receive a refund of the HH2L booking deposit, excluding the service fee.
